Meet the AI helper: plan whole lessons, turn PDFs into exercises, and edit images in the builder

The lesson builder now has an AI helper at the top of the toolbox. Tell it what you need, type or speak, and it proposes blocks you can drag into your lesson or add with one click. Ask for “Plan a lesson” and it asks a couple of quick questions, shows you a plan you can rearrange, then builds the whole lesson page by page (or section by section on a canvas) in your course’s language and level. Drop in a PDF or a photo of a textbook page and it turns every section into exercises, cutting out the pictures. It can also change existing blocks, like turning a list into a table or a text into a “Select the answer” exercise, and shows you the before and after. Pictures come from stock photos and GIFs, and a new image editor lets you crop, remove backgrounds, erase, sharpen and restore the original. The AI helper is included in paid plans.

Skip letter puzzles, True/False in your course's language, and a tidier video quiz on the canvas

In word practice you can now skip a letter-order puzzle instead of tapping every letter. It counts as a miss and shows you the right answer. True/False questions now use the language of the course, so a Ukrainian course shows «Правда» and «Неправда» no matter which language the teacher uses verbios in; existing True/False questions have been updated to match. On canvas lessons, a video quiz's question list now stays the same size as its block when you pinch to zoom.

Clearer school roles, parents see their children's teachers, and everything in your language

Teachers who join a school now work in that school by default; if you also teach your own students, choose "Become an individual teacher" in the role menu to add your own workspace. Students now see messages and homework from their school's teachers and admins on the web and in the app. Parents get a Teachers page with each of their children's teachers and a button to message them, see who wrote to their child by name, and in group chats see other children as a first name and initial. Dates, times, built-in accounts and journal entries now follow the language you use verbios in, and Kyiv is no longer shown as Kiev. In the students list a colored dot replaces the status label so names have room, and teacher pay entries in the journal now name the student.

Ask your AI assistant about your students, and tidy up your channels

When you connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant to Verbios, you can now choose to also share your student CRM data, read-only. Ask it who needs a follow-up, which channels bring students who stay, or how your trial conversion is going. Student data is off by default and only shared with connections where you tick the box. You can also hide or delete channels and campaigns you no longer use: hidden ones disappear from dropdowns and the link builder but stay in your reports.

Choose which students you track payments for

Each student who pays you directly now has a "Track payments for student?" switch on their Payment tab. Turn it off for students you don't bill by the lesson: their remaining lessons, ledger and low-balance alerts are hidden, for you and for them. Automatic payment reminders are now set per student too, with a "Send payment reminders?" switch, instead of one setting for everyone. Students you were already tracking keep working as before.

Payment reminders for children now go to their parents

When a student has a parent linked to their account, payment reminders and payment requests now go to the parent instead of the child: by email, in the parent's notification bell and as a push notification (following the parent's own notification settings). Each one says which child it is about, and parents can open the invoice. A parent who turned off payment notifications is respected, and the child is not emailed in their place. The child still sees their own in-app, Telegram and push notifications. Students without a linked parent are not affected.

Student lifecycle for Pro: tracked links, funnel report and lifetime value

Pro teachers and school admins can now follow every student from first contact to regular lessons. Share your profile, lesson or sprint links with a channel and campaign attached, and new students get their source filled in automatically. Each student's Lifecycle tab shows collected and estimated lifetime value, status (including your own custom statuses), lost reasons, follow-up dates and who referred them. The new Lifecycle view in Insights shows your funnel by channel and campaign, students who need attention, and a win-back list, with filters and CSV export. Trial lessons no longer use a student's lesson balance.

Recurring lessons no longer jump to the previous day after the clocks change

In some time zones, a new weekly lesson could also appear on the day before (for example Sunday as well as Monday) in the weeks after the clocks changed, and "Weekdays Only (Mon-Fri)" lessons could land on Tuesday to Saturday. Recurring lessons now always stay on the day you picked, and affected lessons have been moved back to the right day.

Existing users no longer sent to billing or stuck in English from a signup link

Clicking a marketing "Sign up" link while you already had an account could send you straight to the billing page instead of your dashboard, and could show the interface in English even with a different language saved to your profile. Both are fixed now.

Lessons with headings open on older iPhones and Safari

Lesson pages whose text blocks contained a heading could show "Something went wrong" on iPhone and Safari versions 26 and older. These lessons now open normally on every browser, with no changes needed to existing lessons.
